a point for climbing hills without losing your momentum.
Handling could best be described as a bit on the wallowy side, as you may expect from a softly sprung car that has gained ~450 lbs. Steering is a bit stiff, again as may be expected, but with only 700 miles on her so far this may bed in. Brakes are a little soft for Mike's liking, and so a M/C swap is already planned.
All in all though, EE Mk II is a fine gentleman's tourer with classic sports car looks. Solid, comfortable, and probably well-suited to travelling relatively long distances on relatively flat roads. I would hesitate to simply call it an automatic Elite however, as in creating this rolling masterpiece of re-engineering, some of the Elite nuances have been lost. But is it perfectly successful in what it was designed to be, a comfortable companion to a stable of the real things.
