The GGLC closed the 2013 Autocross season on November 16, 2013 after an amazing series of 8 points events and 1 practice event.
Over the course of the 8 event season that started in March there were over 500 entrants who accumulated over 6,100 runs! At a typical GGLC event each entrant received nearly 12 runs!
Competition was close and fun!
In 2013 the GGLC joined forces with the Triumph Travelers Sports Car Club at the Cow Palace for practice event entitled the British Car Autocross. Nearly 60 entrants ran and represented Britis cars from the 50s through the current offering. The GGLC also hosted the West Coast Lotus Meet autocross in Seattle Washington in July.
The GGLC is never afraid to entertain, our October 26th autocross was Halloween themed with a Jack-O-Lantern shaped course, a car costume contest and our annual BBQ. We even had pumpkin pylons on course!
